What I
Offer

Shirley Canyon_edited_edited.jpg
I work with leaders when they’re doing all the right things,
but something still isn’t aligned.

My work lands at the intersection of leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational design, helping leaders and organizations navigate change with greater clarity, alignment, and intention.

Leadership today rarely fails because of a lack of talent or effort. It falters when expectations are unclear, systems are misaligned, or leaders are asked to move faster than their environment can support. My work focuses on closing that gap, between insight and action, individual growth and organizational conditions.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve partnered with senior leaders and leadership teams across industries, including global corporations, nonprofits, and fast‑growing organizations, supporting moments of transition, expansion, and increased complexity. This work strengthens how leaders think, decide, and lead, especially under pressure.

My approach is grounded in evidence‑based coaching and leadership science, informed by executive education and assessment frameworks, and shaped by real‑world organizational experience. Rather than prescribing solutions, I help leaders and organizations slow down long enough to orient, clarify what truly matters, and design a path forward that holds over time.

Whether working with an individual leader or an organization, the aim is the same: clarity that informs direction, and direction that leads to meaningful, sustained action.
